Banding Brackets
Our Universal Channel Clamp (UCC) for fixing all types and sizes of sign that incorporate Signfix channel sections on the rear. The clamp slides into the extruded Signfix channel sections and then accepts Signfix Stainless Steel Band to facilitate the fixing of the sign to any size or shape of post, pole (over 76mm) or column. The two piece design features a saddle that slides into the Signfix channel. The UCC accepts all bands up to 19mm and as the band tightens the saddle clamps tightly against the channel holding the sign securely in place.
Single Bolt Banding Bracket
We recognise the disproportionate costs of manufacturing and installing small (less than 0.2m2) signs by the support channel method, so have developed the UR251 - 8MM Single Bolt Banding Bracket. This bracket is designed for mounting Single Sided Regulatory Parking Signs etc to timber posts etc using the Signfix Stainless Steel Banding Products - suitable for maximum bandwidth of 19mm. Each bracket is supplied with 1 x M8 x 16MM stainless steel hex head set screw and washer. The use of this washer between the Hex head and the sign face satisfies the requirements of both the 2008:RSMA Compliance Standard for Traffic Signs and the vinyl suppliers warranty.

Toggle Straps
The SIGNFIX Toggle Straps are manufactured from 19mm AISI 201 stainless steel and offer an alternative to the RHS Clip for attaching signs to 100 x 100 posts. Each strap consists of a Toggle and Strap end with the reinforced 'foot' end of each twisting into the Signfix channel. The free ends are then secured using a Signfix RW100 Banding Tool.
